The core foundation of the huge leading business industries is based on a simple day to day life activities which we ignore. If observe is little closely you will get to know that how easy it is to understand the business process.
The entire business depends on the market study. Then What is the market?? The day to day need of a common man’s life which required the easiest solution of that time.

What business do?? It simplifies the burden and issue we face everyday life and it’s the best mantra to drag users towards your product and services. Think of a moment and try to find out is there any single business exists, which is not helping human being and not solving their problems. The answer is Big…big No
So, when you think of a business think of a scenario and relate that business to your real experience, quite simple

Why do we need a concept
Most of the business fail because they were not able to map the idea into a real concept. The idea can give u way to start a business, but the concept makes sure the continuous functioning of the business.
The idea will answer the question what to do?? But how to do could be answered only if you have the concept with you. Suppose you are starting a dairy product firm, and you don’t know what can be the price, who is the user, how much the selling capacity, how much benefit, what is the market demand, how that product will reach the user, what is the sustainability of the product?? If I could keep it for 2 days or 10 days, how I will manage my customer details?? How I can ensure the quality of the product??, can u think of the situation if you don’t have the answer to these questions. Well I can’t
Having a core concept of the process involved in a particular business type will assure you the sustainability of the business.

How it works
Now, we know that what could be the requirement of the client, whether the client business type belongs to the categories listed in above or not, the process of concept building will be same.
Put yourself in the place of the end user of the product or services and finalize the required features of the client business. Once you understand the base of the business, you will have chances to visualize the entire scenario in a single shot.
Why do we need to study client products?

Think of a scenario, when you have a meeting with an important client, and you don’t know anything about his business. Then what solution you will provide to him?? You will definitely lose the deal. If I am in need of a solution to my business I will look for people who know about my business better than me. This is the one and only criteria where I can get the best solution for my business.
If I study my client and his business I could have plenty of solution to a particular problem. I can offer a solution which will simplify his business need in various dimensions.
